Appeals court dismisses trucking company’s hacking lawsuit

A US appeals court has rejected a trucking company’s lawsuit against two former employees who allegedly stole proprietary sales data, ruling that the defendants didn’t violate the federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act as they were authorised to access the information.
