ECHR rules against Spain in Catalan judges privacy case

The European Court of Human Rights has found that a police report containing the personal data of judges who signed a manifesto on Catalan people’s “right to decide” was a violation of their right to privacy, in a case that was closed twice by the Spanish data regulator.
