FTC commissioners caution against COPPA overhaul

The Federal Trade Commission is in the midst of amending its Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule – which governs the operators of websites directed to children under 13 years old – but two FTC commissioners have spoken against making drastic changes to the rule.
