FTC staff battling with LabMD over liability from hacking scandal

Federal Trade Commission employees have urged a district judge to squash attempts by LabMD to hold them liable for the Tiversa hacking scandal, arguing that it’s too late for company owner Michael Daugherty to pursue his claims.
