Hawaii governor vetoes bill that would restrict geolocation data sales
Citing concerns about the bill’s ambiguity, Hawaii governor David Ige has vetoed legislation that would have prohibited the sale of geolocation data collected from satellite navigation-equipped devices without the explicit consent of the user.
