Meta fights £2.3 billion antitrust class action certification

Members of the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal have appeared to push back against a £2.3 billion (€2.6 billion) competition law class action against Meta, with the company saying the litigation is an attempt to shoehorn data protection and consumer issues into the competition law regime.
