Spencer Lynch is managing director of cybersecurity for Aon’s Cyber Solutions, and leads the EMEA region’s investigations and response practice. Spencer has been with Stroz Friedberg (now part of Aon’s Cyber Solutions) for over a decade, advising businesses on some of the most high-profile data breaches, privacy incidents and data theft issues in recent years from both a technical and crisis management perspective. He is also an experienced expert witness in digital forensics for litigation in the UK and the US, and advises clients on technical security issues in post-breach litigation, enforcement actions and fine negotiations with regulators.
