Practice profile
Big-hitter Jones Day likes to take a proactive approach to the rapidly evolving cyberlaw industry, focusing on helping clients stay up to date with ever-changing rules and regulations. And Jones Day takes a multidisciplinary approach to its data offering, drawing on expertise from its transactions, compliance and strategic counseling, cyber-incident response, regulatory investigations and litigation practices to provide well-rounded and pragmatic data advice.
Jones Day’s global reach helps too. With expertise and offices across the globe, the firm is well placed to handle data breaches that span multiple data protection regimes – and all the regulatory burdens that such an incident entails.
