I lead the global team responsible for ensuring compliance with all privacy and data-related laws and regulations, including the GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act and Brazil’s General Data Protection Act. In practice, we work closely with business and technical teams to incorporate the strictest standards of privacy and data protection into the design of our products, services and technology throughout their life cycle.
It is exciting to participate in the design and launch of strategic data-driven innovations, while making sure that individuals’ privacy and human rights are fully respected. In addition, privacy and data protection involves political, economic, technological and societal considerations. Being part of that journey is priceless!
