Interest groups rebuke law enforcement’s call for Facebook encryption limits

A group of more than 100 organisations have urged Facebook chief executive Mark Zuckerberg to resist calls from top government officials in the US, UK and Australia for Facebook to curtail its plans to implement end-to-end encryption across its messaging services.
